This course consists of 3 main modules which will cover leadership and its implementation in an educational settings:
1. The evolution of leadership theory.
This module will enable students to compare and contrast the distinctive features of major schools of thought in leadership
2. Contemporary Leadership Theory – The reconceptualisation of leadership
This module presents an overview of different contemporary leadership in Education.
3. Leadership in a restructured settings.
At the end of this module, students will be able to present their personal definition of leadership and a personal leadership framework with regards to their organizations.
